When I log in and try to create/edit a listing or try to view my account, I keep
getting redirected to log back in.
The most likely cause of this issue is that your browser has cookies disabled. To
be able to log in and view account details or create/edit a listing, cookies must
be enabled. It is very rare when a computer actually needs to have cookies disabled.
If you want to create/edit a listing and keep cookies off, send us an e-mail, and
we will be glad to create/edit the ad for you.
How do I remove/delete my listing?
To deactivate your listing, simply log in to your account, click on Create/Update
Listing, and choose the listing you want to remove. Simply update the sale status
of your property to be sold or withdrawn. If you update the sale status to withdrawn
or sold, as a courtesy to those who may have been interested in purchasing your
property, your property will still appear in search results for 10 days. After that,
it will no longer show up when searches are performed. If you need your listing
removed immediately, just contact us to let us know, and we will take care of it
for you.
What's the catch for listing at your site for such a low price?
We have been asked this question so many times, which we actually take as a compliment.
Seriously, there is no catch for listing at www.CentralFloridaForSaleByOwner.com
for the price we are charging. Because we are a very small group of Central Florida
residents and not some giant corporation with lots of overhead expense, we can charge
very low rates compared to competitors. We do not ever ask for more
money for you to keep your property listed on the site. We also never give
away your information to any 3rd parties. There isn't much else to say other than
we hope you take advantage of listing with us knowing that there really are no catches
after you list.
If I list at Central Florida For Sale By Owner, do I have to sign any exclusive rights
so that I can't list or advertise anywhere else?
Absolutely not! We want you to be able to list and advertise your home in as many
places as you want! The goal of this website is to help you sell your home,
not take away other advertising options. We highly disagree with sites that make
you sign exclusive advertising rights when you list or advertise at their website.

The moment I listed my listing, I had almost 20 views within a few minutes. How is
that possible?
When you create a listing, we post a link to it on both our Twitter and Facebook
accounts to help advertise your listing to an even broader audience. The moment
we update Twitter and Facebook, multiple "bots" see that new content has been posted
and come visit the links to your listing. This is actually a good thing because
many of these "bots" could be adding links to your listing to their site, which
could potentially get you even more views!
What cities do you serve?
To see a list of all of the current cities we have in the database, please visit

I just created a new listing, but my property never shows on the front page.
This is most likely because you have not uploaded any pictures yet. Upload a picture,
then refresh the front page a few times, and your property should then appear.
Will I get a yard sign after posting a listing?
If you are a paying customer and have chosen the option to have a yard sign delivered
to you at a posted additional fee, you will receive a yard sign.
I don't see my city, state, house model, etc... when creating a new listing. What
can I do to get them added?
Contact us so that we
can get the information added to our database. We will respond promptly to let you
know once you may proceed.
Is there any size limit to the pictures I upload?
There is currently no size limit, but if the size is too large, most likely, your
internet connection will time-out, and the upload will fail. If you are routinely
getting errors when trying to upload pictures, try making them smaller or
contact us for help.
How many pictures can I upload per listing?
Each listing is limited to 30 pictures. Even with limits in place, it is possible to
upload more, but any pictures over the count of 30 will be routinely removed.
Does this website contact the sellers for the buyer?
No, this website is used as a marketing tool only. Central Florida For Sale By Owner
is not authorized to actually sell houses. Sellers leave their contact information
at the top left of each listing so that potential buyers can contact them and get more
information as needed.
